They finished off with 3rd place at state and were named this years OSSAA 6A Large Co-ed Academic State Champions!

Golf:

Did you know Golf is now attending Fall events? They have added a few to their schedule this year and it will not disappoint.

On 9/12, Boys golf shot a near school record 289, 1 over par at PC North tournament on Lake Hefner golf course. 5 players shot their personal best score ever. The weather did not disappoint for our first ever fall event. Also had wind under 10 mph at Lake Hefner for first time ever.
Then our boys took advantage of the course and conditions. Varsity shot team score of 1 over par 289 for second place. JV shot a respectable 311 carried by two freshman Brody Staton and Henry Harper who both shot PR’s of +2 74.
Varsity was team effort with freshman Aiden White leading the way shooting PR of -4 68 5th place. SR Caden Williams shot PR of even par 72 finish 11th. SO Davin Ritter shot PR of +1 73.
It was a great day on the course. Next we will test ourselves against the best of 6A at Earlywine on 9/27 then 10/8 Bailey Ranch.

Girls play 10/8 Union at Lafortune, 10/24 BA at Forest Ridge.

Are you interested in continuing your sport in college?

Here are your first steps:

  1. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center.

  2. Talk to your coach about your desire to continue your sport at the next level.

What age or grade should I be before signing up with the NCAA Eligibility Center?

While students of any age can register, students as early as sixth grade are encouraged to register with the Eligibility Center. Our free Profile Page account is the best place to start! After registering, the Eligibility Center will email information periodically about sports nutrition, sleep management, good study habits, and basic information about NCAA requirements you'll need to know as you move closer to ninth grade.

For students registering eighth grade and later, information will be more focused on NCAA requirements and help you understand the steps you need to take to be eligible when recruited.

  • To determine the Eligibility Center account that is right for you, click here.

  • For more information on registering, click here.

Students with a Profile Page account who are being actively recruited by an NCAA school need to transition their account to the right certification account.
