Athletics: Stadium Procedures Reminder

Spartan Fans, 

Please review our stadium protocol below ahead of this week’s home game against the Jenks Trojans. This will likely bring a sold-out crowd, and we ask for everyone’s cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable Friday Night Lights atmosphere for all!

As you can see below, our tremendous growth is evident all across the district, including our home stands on Friday nights! Please know it is not our intention to cause any inconvenience with our stadium procedures and protocols. However, we are obligated to do all we can to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all Spartan Fans, a responsibility we take very seriously.

It is important that ALL Spartan Fans review the information below. BPS Administration reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not adhere to these guidelines and procedures. BHS Athletics will continue to partner with Special Event Services to manage all gates and entry procedures.

• There is NO REENTRY so be sure to bring your blankets, jackets, etc. when you enter the stadium.

• High school student section will be located in the south endzone under the video board.

• Middle school students will be located on the east end of the south endzone closest to the band.

• ALL students are expected to remain in the stands unless they are traveling to/from the concession stands or restrooms.

• Elementary-age students (grades PK-6) will only be admitted to the game with an adult. Once in the stadium, students will be asked to sit with their family members.

• Students will not be allowed to play football, “run around,” or loiter in the stadium.

• Students are expected to follow all reasonable requests from security personnel and school officials. Failure to comply may result in a student being asked to contact parents and leave the stadium and/or cause them to be subject to school-related consequences upon their return to school.

Home Fan Parking: West side of Riverview; North of the 9th Grade Center

Home Fan Entrance: Northwest Gate ONLY

We greatly value the strong support of our athletic programs by our families and community. By working together to ensure these procedures are followed, we hope to keep our stadium events safe, orderly, and enjoyable for all our students and guests.
