Dear East Elementary Parents,
We are thrilled to welcome you back to another fantastic school year at East Elementary! Our dedicated teachers have been working tirelessly to prepare for an exciting and enriching year ahead, and they are eager to meet their new students tomorrow at our Meet the Teacher event.
Meet the Teacher will take place tomorrow from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to meet their teachers, explore their classrooms, and drop off their school supplies.
At noon tomorrow, all families will receive a welcome email from their child's teacher. If you do not receive an email, please contact our office as there may be an incomplete task in the enrollment process.
After visiting the classrooms, please make sure to visit the gym, where all students will need to pick up a school-safe car tag. These tags are essential for student safety throughout the school year, and every family will need one.
In the gym, our PTO will also be set up with spirit wear, PTO memberships, and information about Freckles Friday. It’s a great time to get involved and show your school spirit!
Additionally, our transportation and child nutrition teams will be stationed in the cafeteria. If you have any questions about bus transportation or need information on free and reduced lunch programs, please stop by to speak with them.
